What can I say.. he's becoming our lil explorer at home now... Going everywhere "commando style", he basically covers the whole house's floor already.. yep.. including the kitchen floor.. Can't let our guard down coz he's always thinking of new things to do and try.. 
Imtiaz has grown 2 lower front teeth.. and he bites!!

A new for the old

We recently bought a brand new car - Myvi 1.3sxi with the latest colour on the road - white. Simple car to get us everywhere. Why change to a smaller car?? hhhmmm...  all goes down to budget.. Fuel and other necessities prices goes up nowadays..
It was drizzling when we said goodbye to "old" green Wira 1.6. We managed to get a customer to buy it. Hubby nearly shed a tear  as it was his first car (eventhough a secondhand one..) Has been with him for the past 3 years.

Imtiaz Fitri bin Azri Hamim - 6 to 7 months old

Lil' Imtiaz is more playful now that he has learned to slide forward on his tummy (org melayu kate menjelar la kononyer...) Sometimes, he even does that while he's sleeping.. Once he turned 540 degrees while his eyes are still closed!!  This of course, makes the cot too small for him to turn around anymore.. so, Imtiaz now sleeps in his own single bed, next to ibu and ayah..
During the day, he sleeps on the floor in the living room. When he wakes up, he will go for an adventure on the living room and dining room floor. So, watch out ants!! Out of the way!!!
Imtiaz also now eats on the high chair instead of the bouncinet.. Makes his hands more free to explore.

this entry is dedicated to my parents who are in Scotland right now.. they have been worried sick about what has been done to the house since they left in February.. have been nagging me to upload pics of our home sweet home...
to be honest, the changes are nothing too drastic.. but I think abang and k wahidah will agree that spring cleaning is so much easier with them away...

Unfortunately, I came a bit late for the akad nikah.. by the time I arrived at the house, the ceremony was over.. then, during the bersanding, cake cutting, and makan berdamai, Imtiaz decided to be extra clingy and grumpy.. Didn't take much pics after all...

Hubby mengelat by trying to combine Mother's Day and my birthday cake together.. cheh..  not that I want to complain much.. well, at least he remembered!!  but hubby still owe me a birthday cake AND a treat.. hahaha.. Got a home made birthday cake from mak ngah (kak Wahidah) too.. THANK YOU...

Rolling over.. again and again.. that's what he loves to do now.. and getting stuck under the sofa in the process.. He is able to sit without support and does this every time he watches the t.v. He uses his fingers more now to explore things, which explains his obsession in label tags on his toys I guess.. (orang melayu kata menggentel la.. )

Imtiaz Fitri bin Azri Hamim - 4 to 5 months old

He didn't progressed much all through his 4th month.. which got me quite worried initially.. read all the books I could find to see what he skills should he developed by now... hehe..
On his 5th month birthday, we went to the clinic for his check up.. and so I wasted the nurses' time complaining why hasn't he developed new skills yet.. bla bla bla.. went back home and started reading another (yet again!!) baby book, when suddenly right next to me. Imtiaz rolled over all by himself... hurraaaaahhhhh!!!  and he rolled, rolled and rolled over every time he's got the opportunity since then..
Starting from that day onwards, he developed new skills almost everyday.. pushing forward while he's on his tummy, (and he actually moved!  sitting up and balancing himself, splish splashing in the tub during bath time, and the latest -  spits out nearly every spoonfull of food we feed him..
so much for new skills...

hhhmmm... he weighs 7.3kg now.. ( I know!!! mmg lenguh kalau dukung lama - lama..but I'm not complaining coz he is thriving well.)
He has learn to reach out and grab things and put them into his mouth. Still on the way to learn to flip over (bontot asyik tertinggal kat belakang jer ) He loves to stand up straight, bouncing on ibu and ayahs' laps and he can't get enough of his mobile. Pasang je mobile tu, his arms and legs pun start la terkitai kitai sama. He also loves watching cartoon on TV.. 
The only thing yang tak bestnye.. He refused to take the bottle and ibu has got to go back to work.. We have to go through at least 2 hours of his wailing before he would at least sip the bottle.. How am I going to leve him at the babysitter pun tak tau la
