Ikin's Engagement, Aqiqah Hanna Wafiqah and Dian

Held at Makcik Pah's house in Parit Buntar. The theme colour was pink. So the ladies had to wear pink, while the men wears maroon. Ikin got engaged to Aidi from Terengganu.
The kenduri aqiqah for Hanna and Dian was held concurrently. Habis Hanna kena gomol dengan aunties dia...

At last!!! After the long wait... It's either pergi KL tapi tak sempat nak ke sini, or tak pegi KL langsung because I can't get leave. But we managed to squeeze in this trip despite Azri's reluctance..

Hanna Wafiqah 7 m.o. and Imtiaz Fitri 2 yrs 1 m.o

Hanna had her 2nd haircut today. Unfortunately, the nyonya that cuts her hair thought she is a boy.. She initially cut off one of her sideburns, then upon noting my shock expression, she asked me, "girl ka?" Aiyark...  the damage has been done... so, terpaksa la potong the other sideburn.. dah la Hanna looks lebih kurang je dgn Imtiaz... another thing yang I regretted about this haircut is that Hanna lost most of her curls after the cut. That makes her look more like a boy now.
Imtiaz as usual goes into crying fit once he saw the razor... bila nak calm down pun tak tau la..

Hanna Wafiqah - 6 months old, Imtiaz Fitri - 2 years old

It has been a long time since I last updated... The reason being, my camera was stolen when we were moving houses.. So, I can't show you my new house yet, and I actually had to borrow a friend's camera to update on Hanna's development. Kalau tak, I wont have the record myself... Sayang... the kid is getting older by the day and camera tak de plak.. urrgghh...
Hanna can sits by herself, a bit wobbly still, but getting more stable now. She rolls on her tummy much much later than Imtiaz, at 6 months old (yess... I was very worried after she reached 5 months and still not roll!) But once she roll on her tummy and back again, that's it.. Buasnyer masya Allah.... Habis satu tilam dia pusing..
She is very interested in her surroundings especially the toys that Imtiaz is holding.. She will then grabbed the toys that Imtiaz is playing with, resulting Imtiaz running away with "his" toys... Even sometimes, Imtiaz yg cari gaduh dengan Hanna, grabbing toys from her, and making her cry.. ish... kecik kecik dah pandai berebut toys.. Hanna recognizes people now and unfortunately with this, she developed stranger anxiety too. She is also starting to use more pincer grip compared to palmar grip. She had her first hair cut sehari sebelum raya..
Imtiaz pulak, he is a big boy, turning 2 on 5th November. He is very kind and loving towards Hanna.. He will go to Hanna tengah tengah main, kissed her and hug her.. He is also protective of Hanna.. If Hanna puts anything in her mouth, Imtiaz will pull it out and say "No, Hanna" (yess... this include Imtiaz' food which Hanna has been trying to eat  ) If Hanna cries, Imtiaz will run around telling ayah or ibu to go and attend to Hanna.. Kalau ibu's friends or ayah's friends nak ambik Hanna, he will ask Ibu or Ayah to get Hanna back...
BUT, if Imtiaz throws his tantrum, he sometimes target Hanna jugak.. Dia selubung adik dia dengan selimut, jerit2 sampai adik dia terjaga dari tidur, even henjut buai adik dia kuat2.. By then, the situation will be chaotic as both of them will be wailing at the same time 
Imtiaz can jump up and down now.. He is very vocalised. He asks everything," Ni ape nih?", "Bunyik ape tuh?", "Imtiaz nak makan apa nih?", "Ibu nak gi mana?"

Our new house

We are currently staying in UniKL- MIMET quarters. We moved a day before fasting month. A bigger house for a growing family.. chewah.. 
This house has 3 and a half rooms and 2 bathrooms. It has a storeroom too. We turned one of the rooms into a playroom so that the kids won't mess the other part of the house.. but so far, the toys managed to find their way out from the room and to the living area.. sigh..

Nadia's engagement and Majlis Potong Jambul Hanna Wafiqah

Bless mak ngah's family for letting us combine the potong jambul ceremony for Hanna with Nadia's engagement. The babies lined up for potong jambul ceremony are Hanna, Sophie, and Johan Adam. Unfortunately, Joan was sleeping and didn't make it.
The engagement has been a unique experience for our family as the groom's family has Indian backgrouynd and the ceremony was done with a touch of Indian culture. The bride and groom were given sugar by the family members..
